As a growing global market player, we are looking for the best talents for new business development to fulfill below positions: Industrial Relation (Papua - Merauke) Responsibilities:  Examine and attempt to resolve industrial grievances and disputes in the workplace, e.g. an industrial relations officer may act as the management representative when discussions are being held with other parties. Responsible for liaison with Local & Government Bodies, administering disciplinary procedures. Developing effective relationships with the business to promote good employee relations across the organization. Keep up to date with current Employee Relation legislation and ensure this is updated in the company’s Human Resource policies. Advise and support all parts of the business on employee relations matters to ensure their effective management. Issues include: disciplinaries, grievances and performance issues. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Law or equivalent. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent. Job role in Legal Assistant/Paralegal or equivalent. 1 Full-Time position(s) available. Candidate must have min. 2 years working experience in the same position, handling industrial relation matter in manufacturing company with more than 500 employees Good knowledge about Labor Law and Regulation Having a strong proven working experience in Handling Labor disputes/Labor Union Preferably have certified in representing the company if there is industrial issues in district court If your qualifications meet the above requirements, please send your application letter and CV at hr.recruitment@korindo.co.id
